How about if I need to zoom? A lot of times I take picture of the whole book plus most of the chair that is holding the book. Sometimes the photograph even gets the floor. I have to take pictures with all this because if you were to focus in too close to the book, it would create a blur in some edges. If I were to take a picture with the unnecessary things in the background, then the background becomes unfocused, which I'd rather have than the book. Your input has been very helpful.
