If they're that unhappy, then quit. If Amazon wasn't able to fill these jobs thanks to bad word of mouth then they would be forced to change their ways if they want employees. Nobody has a gun to their head to take/keep this job.
Today I learned that crappy, zero skill required jobs are crappy. Who knew?
