Update: Fixed a bug in v0.3.9:

* Fixed a bug where the plugin always converted <b>, <u>, <i> etc tags to their span tag equivalents. The plugin now only converts these tag entities to their span tag equivalents if the "Convert all <i>, <b>, <em, <u>, <s> and <strong> tags to span styling" dialog option is selected.
