I wrote a small pdf book, it is in the Dutch language i wrote: differences between Tai Chi Tao & Tai Chi Chuan. It is in the Dutch language and talks about Jan Kraak Tai Chi Tao and more traditional Tai Chi Chuan, mindfulness, meditation and more. It is in PDF format and it is atta hed in this email.
I teach this martial art as well in my school Tai Chi Uithuizen in Groningen the Netherlands.
