Heck, Amazon did not release its Paperwhite in Canada until late January, 2013. Who knows how long
they would have taken to release a 6.8 inch screen here if they had been first to market. FWIW, Kobo first released their original device in May and the Touch in June, so not all of their devices had fall releases.
