ESVSB convert from Mobipocket
I've managed to unlock my mobipocket copy of the ESV Study Bible, but I can't get it to convert using Calibre.

Is there some special settings I might need to use since it has a lot of linked notes, or does anyone have any other ideas for how to copy the text out to covert it to ePub or RTF?
