Even if the code shows up, you can no longer add Jan and earlier bundles to you cart.
Because of Baen's new licensing agreement with Amazon, only the three most recent bundles are actually available for new purchasers (with or without a code). Basically once the official publication date is reached for the new books in the bundle (generally around the 15th of the preceding month) it is no longer available for purchase.
As I write this, any bundle before February 2013 is unavailable and expect February to become unavailable shortly.
