Actually corpus delicti isn't the actual corpse of a murder victim. It's the body of evidence that a crime has been committed.
Wikipedia quote:
Quote:
Corpus delicti (plural: corpora delicti) (Latin: "body of crime") is a term from Western jurisprudence referring to the principle that a crime must have been proven to have occurred before a person can be convicted of committing that crime.
I for one don't believe that we can be sure it was Poohbear_nc who was found cooking in the microwave myself. If so the murderer was very quick to pluck his feathers among other things considering how soon after he was last seen the apparent corpse was found perfectly cooked. Of course others like Harry T and Dr Drib were no doubt hard to identify due to their manner of death too, but Poohbear seemed to be ready for dinner a little too quick.
