Lying in a hotel room on my own (with wifi available, thankfully) cursing the fact that my back is playing up. Basically, I'm OK if I stand or lie flat, but sitting causes excruciating pain almost immediately.
Not looking forward to going to work tomorrow (where I'll sit at a desk), or the drive home later in the day.
