I know the reader and it is actually quite good (definitely better than Adobe Reader) if you are ok with reading full-length magazines on your computer screen.
However, I don't think there is a way to convert the format due to its heavy DRM restrictions: Zinio uses DRM technology by
ContentGuard, who is also the evil brain behind DRM deployment for all other types of digital content or services.
