When you add hyph_ru.dic in \usr\local\Kobo\hyphenDicts it's only work with epubs.
You need create symlink in \usr\share\hyphen (hyph_ru_RU.dic -> \usr\local\Kobo\hyphenDicts\hyph_ru.dic) for kepub.
