To do so: - Create a folder of the same name of the plugin (eg. "Resize Cover")
- Copy the icon you want to use inside of folder
- Rename the icon to the name of the plugin in lowercase with underscore instead of spaces (eg. "resize_cover.png")
- Restart calibre

I will add these two plugins directly to the theme (I've themed the most recently updated plugin since I didn't know if people are still using old ones).
I'm hesitating between different designs for Modify epub. Let me know which
one you prefer (or keep using another icon from the theme
)
