Python script to add scribble to pdf - teach me how to make into a plugin

I am not good at code stuff. SAS and R is hell for me to use. I am a GUIdiot.

This great guy came up with python scripts that will take the scribble added to PDFs using a Sony t1 and add it to the original PDF.

Alessandro Bruni was nice enough to make a windows exe file to do it for me.

I may be mistaken, it may only be the scribble and it might not reattach it to the PDF you scribbled on. I can not tell. Regardless it is a great start.

How do i make this into a Calibre plug-in that will allow me to upload the PDF article i was scribbling on and the scribble vectors i made and end up with a PDF that has my scribbles embedded into it? (this would be even better if i could also embed highlights and annotations)

What do i have to do to make this happen.
what must i read?
How many hours would this take a beginner?
How many hours would it take a pro like some of the people on this forum?
