I'd recommned the PerfectDictionary app. Open Freda's 'dictionary' panel (hold on a word and select 'lookup' then pick the 'dictionary' tab). Next to the 'find' button you will see a drop-down control, which will probably show 'AonAware' at the moment; select 'PerfectDictionary' instead.
Now when you tap the 'find' button, the app will launch the PerfectDictionary app (or if you didn't download it yet, you'll see a Store search, to look for it).
