Yep, chrome is very usable on the likebook plus, this won't be any problem.

I'm guessing it's similar to the kindle browser, both devices have 512mb ram right? Btw can't you download files using the kindle browser? If that works maybe stick to the pw3, it has better build quality and battery life going for it.
