To be honest, I hadn't noticed a single thing until you mentioned it here in the topic. You see, I always jump into the forums from the mainpage by using the 'last changed' topics. That way you never see the main list of topics on the forum.
That said, I think it is a bit strange about some divisions. Non-existing readers are getting dedicated topics while readers like the reb1100 and ebookwise 1150 do not even get a comment in the subtopic description.
Furthermore, I think that there's a genuine possibility of making too many forum choices/division on the list.
