The dictionary bug you mention doesn't seem to occur on mine. Perhaps there's some detail in how to reproduce that differs.
For the rest of the comments, I can only agree, though a decent schedule program is surprisingly hard, to the degree that I haven't found one yet. Most fail to accomodate time zones correctly, which breaks import/export.
