Maybe DX doesn't use that tag? It's a Kindle 2. I don't have a Kindle 2 so I don't know if Personal documents are the same on the 2 as the 3, 4, 5 and 6. Maybe DD would know?
Or maybe Calibre only adds the tag starting at Kindle 3.
