Every time a new device is introduced, we should expect hundreds of questions. It's not just the configuration questions, but queries on capabilities, from potential new buyers. Apple support is so crappy that I prefer user feedback.

Even though the current generation iPod Touch, as an example, is not that old, I'm still amazed at the new things you can learn each day, if you browse the various forums, including mobileread.
