You should normally edit your dr.ini file when the DR is shutdown (so insert the SD card in your PC). The dr.ini file stores the non-default values of the internal 'registry' of the DR, they are written there each time the dr shutsdown (and at eject card).
The only strange thing I can see is:

That I do not have, but I can not imagine that it is related to your problems.
