Mal eine Frage, was waren den eigentlich genau die Fehler? Also sind sie beim Lesen technisch hängengeblieben oder gab es nur ein paar Druckfehler? Mch würde es interessieren, ab wann die Reklamation erfolgreich ist. Mit vereinzelten Druckfehlern kann ich z.B. Leben.
