But this is the sort of thing to drive customers completely crazy.

Amazon.ca has this title as a paperback for CDN$6.50. Amazon.com carries the Kindle edition but not for Canada. Penguin has rights to sell the title in both markets -- the Canadian ePub can be purchased from Kobo at CDN$9.99.

What the heck, eh? Penguin has told one vendor it's okay to sell the ebook in Canada and told another vendor it isn't? But it sells the paper edition in both markets without problem?
