not working with Win7, calibre 0.9.10 and iTunes 11.0.1.12

Just updated to the newest version of calibre (0.9.10) and iTunes (11.0.1.12) and it stopped working. I click Connect to iTunes and nothing happens, not even an error message. I'm using Win7 64.
