'Use the Tag Browser Luke'
Click the First tag
you want (a green + appears).
Hold the control key and do the rest of the criteria
Click each tag 1 time if you WANT it, 2 times (Red -), if you don't want it.
the search is being constructed in the Find Box as you do this
Special note for Hierarchical tag users: Clicking on the top level tag (those have a black arrowhead IN FRONT) a second time gets a double Green + (include all children), 4 times: double Red - (Exclude all chidlren)
Release the Ctrl key and click the Search Icon
