I'm not really following your example...
The un-wrapping factor is this crazy algorithm that just tries to figure out what a full like should look like. If you adjust it higher it will unwrap less, lower will unwrap more. Basically if you see lines not being unwrapped you should decrease it and if you see to many lines being put into a single paragraph, increase it.
