The in-store trade-ins are more restricted than online. They take far more items online than they do in-store, and even THAT varies by the store.

I agree, they need to be forthcoming with the restrictions... but then again this is Best Buy we're talking about, creator of the industry's greatest rip off... the Geek Squad.
