I think that's what I'm trying to do, but when I press the next page button with my thumb it wants to rotate the reader rather than click the button. I guess it'll come with practice.
Edited to add:Ah, I see what the problem is. My hands are so big that when I cradle the Kindle as shown in the photo my thumb rests on the back button not the page forward one. More experimentation required...
