I suspect the UK flood will dissipate when someone at Wiley gets fired, after someone notices the over 100 free books there (currently at 131 and counting from this author alone). I got tired of trying to add the individual titles, so here are a few links to the lists by publisher, instead (sorry that the links are to the US site, but the search tools aren't quit working at the UK Kindle store to restrict the list in the same ways).

It looks like the list of free books has finally stabilized (I think). There are now the following new free books for UK readers only (the search links are to the US store, as the UK store doesn't allow the same search parameters for Kindle books, yet):
