I was unhappy when my ISP started "officially" limiting downloads to 100 GB per month. I realized that I probably didn't average 100 GB per month anyway, but didn't like having that sword dangling over my head. But, since then, I'm sure there have been months when I passed, then turned back and stomped on for good measure, the 100 GB line, and my ISP hasn't said boo.

Okay, just saying that to rub it in...
