Are the extra pages blank? or just your book reaches to or past 10 pages?

There is no clean or easy way to fix the number of pages for a reflow book since it defeats the reason why it's reflowable.

If your adamant on keeping your book in the number of pages you want, you need to change it to a "fixed-layout" format.
