I discovered The Writers (apostrophe?) Cafe on Kboards while searching for reviews of The Novel Factory software. (I downloaded the trial but found a bug.)
Another fun place for writers, which is very active, is the Fiction Writing group on Facebook. You can procrastinate for hours there!
