I have the Kindle Touch and the margins hack is one of my favorites.
As of this moment, the patch bundle doesn't support the Paperwhite.

I tried installing it as a test, yesterday, and it dropped into the bitbucket with nary a scuff mark.

It's still a work in progress, so I will be keeping an eye out on it.
