I just got a third $5 Credit on any Book Over $5 offer from Google Play. This one expires even earlier than the previous ones - 3/24 vs 3/31 or 4/1. This new offer must be redeemed (activated on your account) by 3/9. All offers show up in my account under Rewards after redeeming.

This new offer arrived in an email "Happy 5th birthday to us!...", but it also showed up in the banner (item 1 of 7) at the top of the "Entertainment" page, aka the "Movies, Music, Books" page in the Play Store app.

These offers are usually targeted to specific accounts, so YMMV.
