As a first try, it's pretty interesting. I'd like to see if they can refine/diversify the concept.

My battery powered analog dial watch gets a little more than a year per battery and cost me $11. I'd assume there would be some way to get a reasonable lifespan out of a non-rechargeable battery and get a little more creative with the display.

It could be interesting.
