If you use Windows Vista or 7 there's a screenshot utility somewhere in the folds of the Start menu, or there's always the 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard and a paste in a new image with any graphics software (Even MS Paint, at worst). Most image editors also offer a 'take a screenshot' option somewhere in their 'File' menu.
