Clearly, the impact of The Sequester will be to slow the transit speed of all electrons on the intarwebz in the western hemisphere by 14% beginning March 1. Thus I calculate we'll reach 200,000 members on March 6 at 3:41 pm GMT, plus or minus a couple of weeks.
