Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep is definitely at the top for me.

Only other titles that really captured my attention without knowing the author or book are

Blindsight, which I enjoyed immensely and later got all the other books by the author.
The Serial Killers Club, where the title got me interested right away for some reason.
