Windows RT has all the same display settings that regular Windows has. You have the exact same settings window --- adjust resolution, adjust brightness, calibrate color, change display settings, adjust cleartype text. You can also custom size fonts.
It is, after all still a real Windows. Some settings are not that easily accessible, like firewall settings. But Powershell and Netshell still work, you can run scripts to configure the firewall.
