PDF is not an eBook format. No 6" device is at all satisfactory for reading PDFs unless the pages are formatted for that screen size. Almost all PDFs are formatted for A4/Letter paper sizes.
If you want to read PDFs, get a large-screen tablet, or at the very minimum an eInk device with a 9.7" screen. A PW is not a good choice.
