Hello all.

I recently switched from the Sony 505 to the Kindle DX (once I discovered Kindles can actually be used in Canada with Gift Cards 'n shady stuff).

So I'm happily using my DX... and want to do the Screensaver Hack to put my own screensaver photo(s).

In step 8, I would need to Update my Kindle. But that option is grayed out because, I'm assuming, wireless is turned off.

Because I can only use the Kindle without a Whispernet connection, does this mean I am unable to so the screensaver hack?
