Sorry to bother you with this, but I wonder if you could send me the TTS files for the K touch. I have exactly the same issue as the previous poster and have gone through all the same steps except factory reset due to possibility of losing everything.
Amazon told me I need the tts files, but sent me a link which was not accessible, they say they will call back, but so much time spent on this is frustrating.
If it isn't too much trouble, would you mind sending me the files?
