TOC in AZW3
I wonder what's wrong with the attached ePub (it's Galileo's "Sidereus Nuncius").

When I convert it to AZW3 with Calibre (v0.8.65 on WinXP) the generated TOC is not based on that of the ePub but is made up with the footnotes.
If I convert the same with KindlePreviewer the TOC is OK.

What am I doing wrong?
