Jutoh is a powerful and very complete software for digital book. Its development is very active and its documentation is very complete.
It not free, but it's not expensive for what it's worth (and less expensive than many other proprietary publishers)
It a Writer WYSIWYG (like LibreOffice), not a epub editor (like Sigil).
