I'm guessing someone hacked these (supposedly there are six of them for sale) with generic Android software and the guy selling the Tolinos hasn't got a clue. Guessing, again, that they could be turned back into generic Shines, but the price doesn't make any sense for this model. A Shine 3 HD wouldn't cost much more.
