I want a CLI plugin that let's me add a custom page at the beginning of all my books. There is already the meta jacket code, I tried to clone that but got lost very quickly.

I don't have a budget because I am not sure the amount of work. Of this goes well though I will have other requests in the future. Also this plugin would be allowed to be shared with everyone (I actually encourage it)

I didn't know if this should be a reply in requests or a stand alone thread since it's not a qualify item, it's something I will pay to have built.
