To read it, comfortably/leisurely.
You can use PDFRead to convert a range of page numbers so that you may first try different settings on a 10-20 page subset. Then, if all works well, do the entire 1000+ pages.
If the resulting print is too small in portrait mode, then use the 'mobi-prc' landscape profile using
'landscape-half' layout mode.
Again experiment on small page range, preferably, around Chapter One until you are satisfied.
