There are only two different system apart from original KindleOS.
If you want to install both Duokan and Duokan lite:

First install Duokan
1-Copy folders: DK_Documents,DK_Pictures and DK_System
files: update_duokan_ObOOa.bin, update_duokan_0b006.bin and update_duokan_0b008.bin
2- update Kindle

Switch to Kindle Sytem again

Then install Duokan Lite:
1- Copy folder DK_System as a whole. ( Approve overwriting the existing ones, etc)
files:update_duokan_ObOOa.bin,update_duokan_0b006. bin and update_duokan_0b008.bin

2- update again
