The Kindle's 'annotate' function stores all of that information in a file on your device (even after it sends it to Amazon to be data-mined).
Just pick the information out of that file and send that to the desired destination.
The Kindle system should already have utilities and/or support for SMTP. Do a little bit of digging into your device, see what is all there.
