Maybe. Or another market? What is strange is that both units I tried to downgrade had that same "8". One had no trouble (but had been OTA upgraded to an unknown firmware version before) and the other got stuck while other devices running the exact same firmware had no trouble. So the problem isn't caused by different hardware. But it's not caused by different software (in itself) neither as other people with the same software had no trouble.
