UK Courts move towards blocking access to The Pirate Bay

http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Ch/2012/268.html

This case determines that the operators of the TPB, and not just the users, are guilty of infringing on the copyrights of the claimant music firms.
This is a preliminary step to obtaining the same orders against UK ISPs as have already been obtained in respect of NewzBin, requiring them to block all access from their customers (essentially all UK users) to TPB.
